Questions & Responses From the Nine on Nutrition

As I continue on this path, my body

has become very sensitive to certain "raw foods" (such as cacao, my

body does not like this) that some raw gurus claim to be beneficial to

the body. I understand that my body is different and unique to other

peoples bodies and I need to listen to it's signals and follow my

intuition. I'm sure for some, cacao truly resonates with their

vibration.

Always follow what DOES resonate with your own individual vibration… Continue

Hi MP, nice to see you here! I see from your page here you have your own Ning- you are definitely winning in terms of membership numbers!

Anyway if you'd like to read a little about Animism I've put some links on the Main Page.

Hi MP, thanks for your comments on my page. It was nice to bump into you in Morrissons the other day! BTW, regarding your radio show, if you pm me with your postal address I'll pop a copy of Kate's CD in the post to you, there are some songs I'm sure your listeners would like. We are working on a joint CD at the mo, I'll certainly send you a copy when its done, should be released in Jan or Feb..

Also we have just started recording traditional seasonal folk songs (carols, ritual songs. songs related to local customs etc, many suitable to sing with children) with a little intro talky bit, for our friend Damh's Druid Podcast ( http://www.druidcast.libsyn.com/ ). As each song is released we put the words and guitar chords on our website. They will also be printed in Pagan Dawn magazine, starting with the Spring issue next year. If you would like you would be welcome to broadcast this slot, I doubt you and Damh have many listeners in common, it would get us a new listenership, and give you some different content. Let me know what you think.

sorry P I only just saw your comment :-)

I'll stick with this and see if we ever get close to the 150, then we'll have a prune and lose the members who have never posted (around half all members). If we ever have 150 truly active members then it will be worth migrating, but at the current rate of growth of this Niong that will be perhaps 5 years away- and anything could happen in that time, and we'll cross the bridge when we come to it...
